A little rain didn’t stopped the glamourous happenings at the Cannes Film Festival in France today. Juror Diane Kruger hit the red carpet for the premiere of Amour in a sequin Vivienne Westwood gown with Joshua Jackson by her side. He helped shield the rain by carrying a large umbrella which the two of them posed underneath. Diane and Josh have been busy during their stay in the South of France, and have already attended the Calvin Klein party and the Haiti: Carnival. They didn’t pop up at last night’s Vanity Fair and Gucci bash though Salma Hayek, Naomi Watts, and Jennifer Connelly were on hand for the fun. London’s DSTRKT club was the spot for Jay-Z and Kanye West‘s star-studded Watch the Throne afterparty last night. The rappers performed at the O2 Arena before meeting up with their famous friends to celebrate. Gwyneth Paltrow and her husband Chris Martin came out for the bash as did their pal Stella McCartney. Gwyneth and Chris’s kids Apple and Moses got in on the fun earlier when they watched the concert with their mom. Rihanna also stepped out to party during an especially exciting weekend since her Battleship hit theaters on Friday. Kanye’s girlfriend Kim Kardashian was on hand along with her brother Rob, who had his girlfriend and Jay-Z protege, Rita Ora, by his side. It was the second night out for the foursome, after they shared a double date at Zuma last week. Jay-Z and Kanye have three more shows in the UK before heading to Manchester.

Naomi Watts stepped out for the affair after partying at Calvin Klein’s fete on Thursday with Diane Kruger and Jessica Chastain. Jennifer Connelly, in a black Gucci dress, and her husband Paul Bettany showed up following a red carpet appearance for Madagascar 3 during the day. Alec Baldwin and his fiancé Hilaria Thomas joined in on the fun as did Chris Pine and his girlfriend Dominique Piek. Salma Hayek and Francois-Henri Pinault were back in the spotlight following their own red carpet run that afternoon and Ed Westwick made a statement in black tie.
